1. Acceptance of Terms
- By creating an account or using One on One, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users: managers and team members alike.
2. Description of Service
- One on One is a shared work journal for managers and their teams. Team members log work entries throughout the year; managers review and approve them; at review time, either party can generate an AI-written performance summary from the approved entries.
- The service is provided as software-as-a-service (SaaS) on a Free, Pro, or Pro+ subscription basis. Features available on each plan are listed on the pricing page and may change over time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each person should have one account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
